We decided to enlarge our back patio from 112 sq ft to 227 sq ft to accommodate more outdoor furniture in the summer. So, we contacted the contractor who built our 3-seasons room a few years ago and who subcontracted the original patio work. That is what led us to C&R Patio Rehab. Rob and Justin disassembled our existing sitting wall and used the blocks for the trim around the flower bed in front of our 3-seasons room. They removed the existing pavers and completely resurfaced (compacted and graded) the enlarged area and then added identical paver tiles from Olberfield’s for the larger patio floor and purchased replacement wall materials from Olberfield’s. This project was completed in 4 days. Rob, the owner, was excellent with respect to communication before and during the project. Frankly, these guys are old school professional contractors. They are meticulous in their work and cleaned up the area well at the end of each day. Finally, we found the cost to be very fair. I am sure that we could have found someone willing to do the work for less but, as the saying goes, you generally get what you pay for when it comes to home improvement projects. We highly recommend C&R Patio Rehab.
Rob and his team came out to level some pavers that were pushed up by roots on our patio. They power washed, sanded, and sealed the patio. We had some unusual lines on the patio after the sealing process, but Rob came out promptly to fix the issue. C&R Patio Rehab was great to work with. They did a nice job on our patio.
The work Rob did was fantastic. He built us a beautiful stone addition to our patio for our new hot tub. The work was so good we had him back to restore our stone patio which was starting to get loose stone. It now looks brand new! I wish I had more room for him to build me more cool stuff!!

Great from start to finish this past fall. Original patio needed updated and fixed, plus wanted to expand paver area and outdoor kitchen area. Rob and team did great work for a reasonable price. He repaired our front stoop which was sinking and unsafe, resanded our stone walkway, and dug out and laid gravel for a new driveway. For several years I have struggled to find a contractor to make quality repairs to my patio. One contractor made an improper repair and I was left with a partially done job. I had almost given up and decided to live with an ugly patio. The factory rep recommended C&R Patio Rehab. I called them and Rob stopped out the same day. Within 3 days my patio was repaired, sanded, and sealed. It went from depressing to look at, to almost new. Rob also diagnosed a long-standing staining issue on one of the border walls and found a proper cleaning solution. Once that’s complete, the patio will look like the day it was built. Prompt contact and follow up, knowledgeable and professional, and reasonable pricing. My experience was very positive.

Rob was very prompt in addressing my initial request for work and was also prompt in showing up each day and letting me know when he would arrive. He did great work on my paver patio cleanup and also extended it out to make it bigger.
